Welcome to Meadows Holistic Therapies.

I began my journey with complementary therapies in 2003.

Now a Registered Reflexologist, Massage Therapist, Facialist and Reiki Master. I have completed post graduate courses in:

I have completed courses in Crystal Healing, Understanding the Chakras and Psychic Development & Awareness and The Shaman’s Journey.

I also completed a Certificate of Psychology with Maynooth University.

Women’s health is a particular passion of mine from Fertility and Maternity Journey’s to the Menopause and beyond.
